Many people want to be productive and stay motivated all the time but they don’t know how . So , the right way is to create a morning routine , and it totally affects our day .
So , Here are some steps / tips :
1- the first thing successful people do when they wake up early , they make their beds and clear up their rooms , it sounds a little bit weird , because most of us don’t do that at all but believe me , when you do this you feel like you achieve something and you clear your mind to start thinking about what you are going to do during the day
2- Work out and eat healthy, most of people once they hear this , they start thinking about a diet and losing weight . In fact , its not always related to losing weight …but it’s just a way to stay fit look healthy and to replace unhealthy food that may destroy your health with healthy food that will make you feel good and benefit your health instead . So , what you have to do is just to try to make it part of your daily routine ,to start including healthy food like vegetables , fruits , drinking water and taking vitamins , all these are going to benefit your brain , your health , and your heart , and when you grow older you will look younger
3- Limit your phone usage , we can’t deny the fact that we use and we hold our phones all the time , especially before going to bed and after waking up , we just keep telling ourselves that we’re just going to hold it just for a minute but then we end up for an an hour and sometimes more so try not to be on phone for a long time . Promise yourself that you’re going to use it just for 5 minutes or change your habit instead of doing that try to read a book , or replace it with an other good habit .
4- Listen to motivational audios while getting ready for your day : this way is going to make you motivated and it’s going to inspire to do a lot of things .
5- Have a note book , set the goals that you want to achieve during the day , organize them and try to accomplish them
6- Get all your thoughts on a piece of paper, by this way you will be able to clear your mind and to feel comfortable Read and learn continuously , try to learn new things every single day.
7- have a positive mindset , get rid of all the negative thoughts and focus on positive ones , this is going to affect you day in better way .
8- Be patient and don’t be so hard on yourself , if you messed up yesterday , today is a new day , start fresh start new , it does take time to create a habit and to get what you want .
9- Be thankful , appreciate what you have and enjoy the little things
