I cant agree less with you. It doesnt matter how many motivational books you have read. The truth still remains that nothing happens without work.

I think you have missed the point of the article or have confused less with more as the article is exactly what you are saying here. @m31 is making a point that the false promises of motivational books and throwaway statements do very little and one must suck it up and work hard instead.
