Children are special gift from God..so when you maltreat them, it is a sin against God and humanity..they were placed in our care by the creator of the universe, and are supposed to be raised with the right upbringing and morals.
The young folks tend to imitate what their parents do and we should careful what we do or say around them.
Recently, this woman whose name wasn't disclosed was apprehended on the charges of child molesation by the police..
It was said that she tried to burn the 7year old boy alive, for taking food from the pot without her consent..
The little boy explained that the woman was his aunty, and that he came back from school with a stomach cramp, as he rushed to get something to eat.. He said that his aunt wasnt home as at the time he came back from school..
This is heart breaking for me, because cases like this are quite rampant in Africa of a child being molested my their guardians. It shouldn't be allowed to continue, and the government at different levels should ensure that child right is paramount and any one found wanting should be prosecuted.
The much talked about woman was sentenced to 8years imprisonement, on the count charges of child abuse.
Lets kick against child abuse.

The rate at which this issue is eating into today's society is very alarming... Humiliation, molestation and abuses of kids are now normal features of today's world!
This crime of child abuse is especially common when the children are not biologically related to the offenders. A lot of these cases go without punishment all in the name of the guardian trying to impact moral on the child. These children are very sensitive that even your words can damage their mentality.
