Where is the anxiety really?

There are many emotions that we feel in our body but that are generated in our mind, one of them is anxiety, which is why we can control it with our way of regulating our emotions.

While we are living our life experiences we realize that it is very common to have to express to ourselves and other people the symptoms of anxiety that we feel before any external agent that worries us and worries us. What we relate remains merely in our body symptoms such as palpitations, difficulty falling asleep and in general a change in our body, however the solution should not be sought in these symptoms but where it is generated, which is in our mind.

It is easy to think that if the problem is anxiety, it is not advisable to look for the solution based on what we feel, but in its generation, but it is difficult to find a solution back to the progenitor and not in the consequences, since it is very difficult to know that we have anxiety, since much of the anxiety that we generate is hidden, but what is certain is that we will feel its consequences, and that perhaps we confuse it with something else.

Is it important then that we understand anxiety?

Somatic symptoms are not the cause, but just the indicator of something that is not working well in another scenario. We can think that anxiety, with its rosary of bodily affectations, is like the wrapping of something that nests inside, and removing that covering will help to know the origin of the anxious symptoms.

What we really feel as a result of anxiety are not the cause but the consequences, so that is the first important thing to understand as the main issue of anxiety, in particular I have learned from life experience over time, when my body changes and I have no reason to explain that change, then is when I think of the hidden anxiety that I must have.

Then I do an internal review of my concerns, if I do not get them, that does not mean that I am not anxious, even though sometimes I try to control stress, there is a silent stress that I think I do not have that is generating anxiety, the solution I have found is to work on external factors that influence me, that's what really decreases my anxiety.

But tell me in the comments, what do you think generates anxiety and how have you solved it?
