I want to share with you what Tony Robbins posted on facebook few hours ago.
If we give up to this things, in my opinion, we will be more motivated and our mind will be more relaxed . This also let us to focus on the important things in our life.
So, things to give up to be happy (I put them in order of importance - in my view) :
Complaining
Negative self-talk
The need always be right
Limiting beliefs
Blaming others
The need to impress others
Dwelling on the past
Resistance to change
*The need to other's approval
