Worry occurs when an unpleasant thought of what would be the outcome constantly bothers.
First step is to actually understand "outcome" is never in your control.
What is in your control is the preparation and execution of your action.
This is what is the primary learning from Bhagavad gita for several of us.
Having said that it is not very easy, when it was not very easy for Arjuna and several others to digest that as well :)
