We all experience periods of depression in our lives.
Some of us more some less, but the depression and anxiety are there. Therefore i can confidently say that depression comes in a way that is good for us, because it is a sign that we aren't doing anything with our lives, that we are just wasting it in our homes, playing video games, watching movies/series.
With depression comes a dark side of our lives, we become more lazy, nervous, we argue a lot over little things with almost everyone,we hate most people for no actual reason. To put it simple we are not living life as it supposed to be lived.
We as human beings are social beings, and beings driven by passion and the unknown.
We love to interact with other people ,go out with friends , have parties,go to concerts and etc.
Life is meant to be lived in the unknown and unexplored.People feel alive when they set challenges and goals for themselves, pursue their passions, explore and discover, travel a lot.Basically doing new things , constantly improving themselves on every aspect that they set their mind on.
Try to enjoy the wind in your face, do the thing that you have said to yourself that you will do but didn't have the time to do it(make priorities to achieve that thing, don't lie to yourself),go travel if you love to that, meet new people, make new friends, love endlessly,be honest, smell the flowers on a daily walk, basically do whatever you want to do and do not fear ,through fear we grow as individuals ,and through challenges and goals we improve as human beings.
That is why from 3000 years ago till now we evolved and improved as a species that is the simplest thing we can see, we are a evolving species , we cannot strive if we stay in one place for too long. We end up dying. If not physically ,mentally or spiritually.
The happiness and the peace within ourselves is dependent on that constant movement and improvement that we are implementing in our everyday lives.
To make a clear point on the topic that i talked so far,ask yourself the last time when you did something that you feared of doing for a long time, how did you felt after doing that something, or how did you feel when you pursued your passion even if it didn't make you money, did it give you a fulfilling feeling of happiness and enjoyment.
A lot of answers to a lot of questions about ourselves , are deep inside of each and any one of us. We just have to be brave and have the will power to look inside
