As the practice sessions stack up in preparations for the next FIM Motocross World Championship season, unfortunately so do the injuries... It's a tough sport and you have to learn to roll with the punches.
The latest rider to fall foul of some bad luck is Kevin Strijbos. A mistake at the RedSand facility in Spain has left the rider with a broken collarbone. Strijbos, has claimed many times that 2018 will be his last year riding at the highest level and i hope this does not hinder that goal for the Standing Construct KTM rider.
Kevin Strijbos
"Well, this just happened today. Crash and broken collarbone. Tomorrow morning surgery in Belgium. Let's hope it's healed quick and that I am behind the gate in Argentina. Feeling really good on my @StandingKTM. Small setback, but we will be back stronger."
As the injury is still pretty fresh there is no recovery timeline set yet. However, there is still forty-three days left until the first MXGP in Patagonia-Argentina kicks off. This means he should have enough time to bounce back and get his season off to a good start. It is a setback though as Strijbos has struggled with many injuries over the last year and missed five rounds in 2017 with an elbow injury.
Heal up mate and come back fighting :)
Will be wait he'll recovery soon and pray for Kevin Strijbos
He will be back fighting im sure of it @kingsberry :)

I will check them out when I get home this evening and can sit down and read.@b0y2k Wow Jerry that was a lot of work, thank you!
The motor cycling competition is very interesting when watching on Tv but best believe me its so scary than a boxing competition just because of the height these guys take and risk in it. But sure i hope and pray this man comes strong on his feet and do what his known for and meet up with his projection for 2018. Safe healing in Belgium as you go for your collarbone surgery. And we all that appreciate him should wish him well..thanks for sharing
