9 May, 2018:
It's been close to 2 months since I rode down from Mangalore to New Delhi. I brought my bike here thinking I'd be going on rides every weekend or so but things don't always go according to plans, do they?
I used to use my bike for commuting and grocery purposes in the first month of getting it here but from the last 2 weeks, I haven't touched it at all.
Because of that, Mobile charger and the added GPS Locator on the bike, the new battery that I had installed recently got drained completely and my bike was refusing to start.
I used my car battery to jump start the bike and rode for around 6 kilometers expecting it to recharge but it went in vain. No worries, I plan to get the battery recharged in a nearby battery shop and disconnect the GPS for the time being.
Sporting "Proud Indian Motorhead" Sticker by PowerDrift - India's Best Motorcycle Journalists whom we met at Pune during our "Ride De India 2017". You can spot "Ride De India 2017" sticker as well.
There's something for you Steemers as well in the picture below ;)
Proudly sporting Steemit Sticker and traveling across India, and at times spreading the message about Steemit to those in need! :)
Oh! Did I tell you about that horn? It had won so many hearts during our India trip by the people we met as well as my Instagram community! Unfortunately a part of it broke and fell off while riding down to Delhi, rendering it useless.
Decathlon to the rescue! Delhi being a metro has Decathlon stores where you get these kinda horn. So, I got a replacement. In love with this horn by BTwin. It's louder than the stock horn of my bike. When I ride on the highways, the truckers only respond to this air horn and never to the stock horn.
Would you like to see my bike brought back to life, and me back on the saddle with some biking action? Lemme know ;)
Ciao!

It's true life doesn't always go as plan but there's always a reason, it's sad that the horn fell of and got damaged but like I said life has a reason for all, luckily you got a new and better one. Nice post.
Yeah, I believe in the same philosophy! :)
Looks like your fingers are itching to take your bike somewhere again. Good luck!
I've an advice to offer you. Instead of Steemit sticker, use Steem logo so that you don't infringe the IPR of the website you love so much.
Steem on!
Yuss! fingers are always itchy hehe! :D
I'm sure they are happy about the free publicity they're getting for their website ;)
Thanks for your comment :)
Bring it on boy. You can't just leave it to die slow death. Should you have no option but to leave it for a while then do disconnect wire from one of the terminals and it should be fine.
Getting her fired up and taking for service soon. I think the reason I don't ride around much here is mainly because of missing my rider mates. Gotta start meeting new people here.
Anyways, planning a big ride soon ;)
Time to make new rider friends. Let's meet for a breakfast ride before the biggie
We've been planning this for months. Never really happened lmao :P
Your bike deserves your pampering:-) Drive it regularly and take to places:-) Glad to see the steemit sticker on the bike. Send me one if you have. I will also proudly paste it on my car:-)
I feel bad for the condition of the bike now. Unfortunately if I wash it, it will gather the same amount of dust in 2 days here :/
Anyways, planning to get it serviced and use a cover.
I think I had brought a few of those stickers. Lemme see if I have any of those left and get it for you ;)
awesome bike
Thanks buddy!
