Before I start this post I was greatly saddened to hear that Tom Petty died yesterday!https://steemit.com/music/@awgbibb/bands-i-really-loved-tom-petty-and-the-heartbreakers
The Photo above shows a picture of an Off-Road KTM that I just took over from My Son, Wayne.
He purchased it a few months ago , but was actually looking for a KTM 300 2-stroke, a model he has owned before.
A day or so ago a Husaberg 300 came up , fairly new and it is basically a re-badged KTM and in excellent Shape!
So we had one of those Father , Son Chats, you know the type?, " Dad , I know you would really like to own this KTM 525 4 -stroke?" ( starts it up to hear that High-Compression 4 stroke sound) No more sales talk necessary, and, of, course , I took it for a ride as soon as it arrived here!
To cut a long story short ( Chris must never read this) this is now mine and his new one is coming , and we will go on adventures together causing dust storms wherever we ride!
This is about the Model Wayne is getting before the Weekend!

I have never Posted on our Off - Road Bikes before , We stayed on a Small-Holding near Tarlton for 10 Years and then moved to Breaunanda , where it took a Horse and Trailer( The Mechanical Type) to Move all the Motorcycle's and bits too!
All of us had Bikes to ride, Wayne, Geils, Shakira( FG) and Myself.
After that huge accident we had, Chris has never been on a bike again! ( Wrote about this in my articles on Lucas)
Just to Whet your Appetites this is a small list of some of the off-roads we had:-

Boss you know riding bike is awesome until u got at the accident man ! thats so risky you know better there are many families out there who dont know there son die riding like assholes ? yet we need to realize that our parents made us here and they also deserve same love from us be seeing us dying will made them sad ! and will make your born useless ! :) Be safe Bro :)

Excellent adventures and videos confirm this @awgbibb, the motorcycle itself is excellent, because the light weight and the ideal shape allow this model KTM 525 to easily fit into the turns. From the side the bike can seem much more massive than it actually is. A particular distinguishing feature is maneuverability, especially considering the relatively large engine volume. As for the power, it is quite strong and at low revs. In this case, it can quickly build up while the engine is running, but it is not explosive. The motorcycle is suitable for driving in difficult terrain. The shock absorber perfectly copes with its functions, the suspension softly reacts to shocks on the roughest surface.

Wow off road bikes! My father had a Yamaha Bike (I can't remember it's model, something like MTX) But he never used it for off road things :D It wasted a lot of petrol so he sold it in a cheap price :D Thank you very much for sharing your great experiences with us! It reminds me my childhood for a second!

I had 2 of them , but with the long distance Fuel Tanks. To the best of my knowledge the TT comes with an Aluminium Swing Arm. This one looks like it may be the XT?

you unapproved it again. would you try it again.. A witness keep the network alive and if you have enough witness votes you can earn some steem for your work... but you need a lot votes.. so for me that will be almost impossible.. but the top 20 of witness people have maybe 200 steem per day!!!!!

big mistake watching those vids - Now, I'm dizzy - those were bloody trees flying by!
Besides Flying Trees ( Where witches brooms come from).
We also have those kind of trees that jump in front of you while driving on the road , and then drag' s both itself, and the somewhat altered car off the road, sparing other drivers.!
Oddly enough this only seems to occur with Driver's over the legal limit on Alcohol?
