I'll have to see this with my son, but he's just gone away for a few weeks. I'll just have to wait a while. We enjoyed Antman a lot. I don't think superheroes should be taken too seriously. What they do is generally ridiculous.

I agree! I think adding comedy is a great way to keep the audience engaged. I think that DC doesn't do this as gracefully. In my opinion superhero movies need to either be funny or rated R so that they can show what fight scenes would look like if super powers really existed. Logan is a great example. It is gritty and dirty but it is believable that there would be blood and guts EVERYWHERE if a guy ran around with claws in his hands kicking the shit out of people.
DC happens to fall in the middle of serious and funny and because of that, they end up quite corny...
