If the sources in Bleeding Cool are right, a new movie of The Fantastic Four is coming. The best part is that it is not an adventure of the venerable group of Marvel superheroes, but a story about their children.
Yes. In comics, Reed and Sue Richards' children: Franklyn and Valeria also have powers. If the rumor is right, what Fox plans is a movie in the line of The Incredibles in which the little ones are the protagonists. The thing and the human torch would also come out, but as mere mentors to the children. We would be, in short, before the first Marvel film eminently oriented to a children's audience.
According to sources, the film may already feature director, veteran Seth Grahame-Smith, responsible for Pride, Prejudice and Zombies and Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.
In fact, it is known that Grahame-Smith has already written a rough draft for a Fantastic Four movie. Marvel producer Simon Kinberg has said on several occasions that Fox will not give up with the rights of the group despite the failure of the last film directed by Josh Trank in 2015. Fortunately, this reboot seems to be in no way related with that film.
Are you Marvel fan? What do you think about this possible project? I would like to know your opinion to expand the analysis.
Regards, Antonio.
