Non-stop is a movie starring Liam Neeson, Julianne Moore, Michelle Dockery, & Scoot Mc Nairy.

The Movie was released in 2014

Non-stop is about an alcoholic Air Marshal: Bill Marks (Liam Neeson) who boards a flight from New York City to London, United Kingdom. Before leaving on the plane, Marks gets accosted by a man asking for a cigarette lighter. He asks the man where he's going and he says Amsterdam. Marks then gets on the plane and sits next to Jen Summers, a lady who switched seats to have a window seat.

Shortly after take-off Bill retreats to the bathroom to smoke a cigarette, then he receives a text message on his secure phone.
The text message states that someone will die every 20 minutes unless $150 million is transferred to a specified bank account.
Marks breaks protocol and consults Jack Hammond, another air marshal, who dismisses the threat.

Marks, also has Summers and one of the flight attendants monitor the security cameras while texting the mysterious person to try to identify them. When Hammond uses his phone and quickly runs to the rear toilet, Marks confronts him. Hammond offers him some of the money. When Marks turns him down, he attacks. During the fight, Marks dropped his gun. When Hammond reaches for Marks' gun, Marks has to kill him by breaking his neck. This happens exactly at the 20-minute mark. When Marks checks Hammond's phone, it reveals that someone texted that he knows what was in his briefcase. Marks finds cocaine in the case.

Marks' has the flight attendant and Jen watch the camera screens for anyone using their phones. Marks alerts the TSA of the threat, but the TSA agent informs him that the bank account is registered in his name and accuses Marks of being the author. At this point, the pilot dies, apparently poisoned, at the 40-minute mark, but the co-pilot covinces Marks that he is innocent.

Time goes on & Marks searches the passengers, finding a school teacher uploading a video at which point Marks accuses and manhandles schoolteacher Tom Bowen, convincing the rest of the world that Marks is the perpetrator.
The TSA divert the plane to Iceland. At which time Marks convinces a programmer named Zack White to write a computer virus to make the hijacker's phone ring. The phone rings in a banker's suit pocket, but he denies it is his. As Marks interrogates him, he suddenly dies, foaming at the mouth, at the 60-minute mark.

Marks find a hole drilled into the wall which offers a clear shot to the pilot's seat while having a cigarette in the bathroom. He then inspects the body of the banker and discovers a dart. He asks a passenger who used the bathroom recently if anybody used it after her; she replies that Summers did. Marks accuses Summers of being the hijacker. Summers gets angry, because she had stood by him. She soon manages to convince Marks she is innocent.

In the mean time 2 Typhoon Fighter Aircraft meet the plane, to escort it to a military base in Iceland. The passengers watch a news report on TV claiming that Marks is hijacking the flight. The hijacker's phone then states that a bomb will explode in a half hour. Marks realizes that the bomb bypassed the security checks, and finds it in Hammond's briefcase filled with cocaine.

Passengers attack Marks, but Tom Bowen stops them. He believes that the bomb is the first priority. Marks convinces the others of his innocence, and they move the bomb next to a rear door and surround it with luggage to direct the blast outward, with everyone moving to the front of the plane.

Marks tells the co-pilot to descend to 8,000 feet, because the current pressure differential would rip the plane apart if the bomb went off. But at the time, the pilot of one of the escorting jets would not let him deviate from his course.

Marks, while watching the news, notices Bowen making contact with the banker's pocket. Discovered, Bowen runs to the rear. Marks chases after him, but loses his gun to Bowen in a struggle, then White states he is Bowen's accomplice.

Their goal was to frame Marks, and ruin the reputation of the Air Marshals Service. Bowen seeks revenge for the service not preventing the death of his father on September 11 and, as a result, believes that security is America's biggest lie,and its exposure is inevitable.

Marks convinces White(who is in it for the money) to try to disarm the bomb, stating he couldn't survive parachuting out at this altitude. But, Bowen shoots White. Then, the co-pilot quickly descends steeply against his orders. That distraction allows Marks, with Nancy's help, to kill Bowen. White recovers and attacks Marks, still wanting to jump out of the plane. Marks subdues him, then runs from the rear of the airplane just as the bomb goes off, killing White and blowing out the door. Despite the damage, the co-pilot manages to land the plane safely. A girl who was on the plane alone, is reunited with family. Marks
is praised as a hero. Then he goes over and chats with Summers and the others.

The Movie is really good, it had a $50 million dollar budget and brought in over $220 million at the box office even though it's basically 2 hours & shot only on an airplane . I would recommend this movie to anyone who likes an action packed thriller, but still likes to relax at the same time.
