BlackkLansman is a movie based on a true story of an African American detective that infiltrated to Ku Klux Klan organization. Ron Stallworth was the first African American police officer to serve in the Police Department of Colorado Springs back in the early 1970s. The detective joined in a dangerous mission bravely that was to infiltrate to KKK. With his young partner, Flip Zimmerman, the duo set out an investigation to take down the organization. In the 1970s, the KKK was very popular as an extremist hate organization that the main goal was to spread violent rhetoric to the society. The infiltration was the successful one that Ron Stallworth finally became the head of Ku Klux Klan Klan’s local chapter.

BlackkKlansman is based on an autobiographical book by Ron Stallworth entitled Black Klansman. Being directed by Spike Lee, this movie is considered to be a movie of the year due to the interesting plot and entertaining. The movie is starred by David Washington (Det. Ron Stallworth), Driver (Det. Flip Zimmerman), Harrier (Patrice Dumas), and much more. The movie has been premiered in Cannes Film Festival on May 12, 2018, and will be launched in the United States on August 10 this year.
