Haha, I cannot understand how this movie could strike as a boring one.
And yeah, the ending was pretty hardcore, especially the part when they saw all those lights on the horizon. It was pretty subtle and yet powerful. This kind of ending is pretty open for a sequel and it would be interesting to see one.

You might want to watch this movie, man. I am still shocked by its complexity and brilliance from the screenplay point of view. One of the best mind-fucks I've seen in a while.
