So true! For me personally, regular activity is as important for maintaining mental health as it is physical health. If I don't ride my bike or hike on a regular basis, I tend to get depressed. Also, I work in a creative field, and I feel like I need physical activity to drive my creativity. People tend to only think of exercise as a way to keep the body fit, but it is so much more than that. It is necessary for mind, body, and soul.
