Ingredients
11/2 cup hot water
250g butter
200g dark cooking chocolate
1/4cup cocoa powder
2 cups Custer sugar
2eggs lightly beaten
2 tsp vanilla essences
11/2 self-raising flour
METHOD
1 In a sauce pan,melt butter, cocao, sugar, hot water chocolate and vanilla on low heat.
2 After cooling, mix flour and eggs. The mixture should be runny
3 In a 30 cm cake baking tin, pour in the mixture, after linning. Bake at 150° for 1hour 15 mints.
4 Cool for 5 mints before turning around.
5 Dress with iceing sugar.
6 Serve with cream or ice cream or hot chocolate.
