If you believe "For instance, diabetics must be careful of carbs" you have been brainwashed severely. Check out Robby the Mindful Diabetic on Youtube. He eats high carb-low fat raw vegan diet which consists of probably 90% fruit. He also has a 100% rate of reversing type 2 diabetes with people who go to his diabetes camps by feeding them a low fat whole food plant based vegan diet.
