Pav Bhaji is very tasty and mostly eaten by mumbaikers. It is very nice and heavy fast food to eat as dinner or lunch. People eat this dish everyday as main food or snacks. Pav Bhaji consists of thick vegetable curry served with soft bread rolls. Pav Bhaji was first cooked in 1850s as a fast lunchtime dish for mill workers in Mumbai. In later period of time it also started served in restaurants as snacks. It served mostly with two bread rolls and one plate of vegetable curry and some pickles, onions and lemon.
