Firstly, as a holder of $Munch, I appreciate that my views on the token are somewhat compromised. As a result, there's no point in me taking time writing about the fantastic community that the token has, or how the core team is regularly present in the Telegram to deal with comments, both good and bad, in a professional and constructive manner. It would also be pointless to talk about my hopes for the future of this token; of course I am going to believe that their Fiat to Crypto service will revolutionise the DeFi crypto space, bringing new people into Crypto who have previously been offput by the complicated nature of setting up a wallet, onboarding funds and navigating, shudder, Gas fees. You haven't got time for that, so let's just stick to the facts.
Alrighty, here is a quick rundown of $Munch's achievements in the 5 days. Please remember that these have all been acknowledged by the relevant groups, usually on Twitter, so no bullshit.
The Charity Circle, a space where other projects can donate, via Munch, to the token's current charity, saw 4 new associated groups, and a donations total of 20.33ETH (roughly $90k at current prices). Kishimoto Inu, Kingdom x100, Safemoon Inu and Lelouche Lamperouge all either donated up front, or staked a percentage of future sale profits to good causes, and the competition to be top of the table appears to be heating up.
Munch reached the milestone of 1000ETH donated since its launch on 14th April 2021. All donations have been accounted for and acknowledged by charities and, thanks to Munch's tokenomics, we know that 100% of donations reached their intended target instantly, with no chance of team interference or price dumps.
Munch moved into offering their in-house tech solutions, such as the across-chain bridge, to other projects, with Kishimoto Inu being the first to take them up on this service.
Manny Paquiao, on behalf of his foundation, released a video thanking Munch holders for selecting his charity as the token's next. At the time of writing, on the third full day of the partnership, the donation level stands at 21.37ETH.
Again, this is all within the last 5 days.
Now, I promised I wouldn't bullshit in this article, so I don't want to make crazy predictions. Maybe Munch won't work with any more significant charities, who in turn won't then promote the token across their socials. Maybe no more charities will want to increase their exposure and credibility by donated via the Charity Circle. Hell, maybe the team will fail to deliver on the Fiat to Crypto service that they have slated for the turn of the year.
But given what the team has achieved in the last 5 short days, would you really want to bet against them?
