While playing a " prank " 5 teens killed 32 year old Kenneth White by launching a 6 pound rock over bridge overpass on Monday.
Kyle Anger, 17, Alexander Miller, 15, Mark Sekelsky, 16, Mikadyn Payne, 16, and Trevor Gray, 15, have all been charged with second degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
I wish no harm to any human or creature out there but these kids asked for the punishment and sentence they're going to most likely be handed down. The fact that a woman lost her fiance, a child lost his father, parents have lost their son, etc, etc...
To think about possibly having a closed casket funeral is just sickening and heavy weighing.
Even though all teens participated, it was 17 year old Kyle Anger who threw the 6 pound rock that killed White. Reports say that the rock went through the windshield and smashed into Kenneth White's face and ricocheted to his chest. Prosecutors were in court with graphic pictures to the blood lost from the blunt impact to the face.
32 year old Kenneth White
The teens were scheduled to be arraigned this morning and could be facing life in prison if found guilty.
That reminded me of how the scum teens and gangster in Thailand killed passerby drivers by throwing the rock into the windshield to stole their valuables. That wasn't prank, just cold-blooded murder. A lot of them are teenagers in motorcycle gang.
What a tragedy, for everyone involved. The chances of that rocket going through the windshield are like 1 in a million.
Sharashkina kontora :D
Ooft, that's a tragedy on all sides
How these creepy mans spoiled there lives just for FuN Hhhh.... Sounds Crazy yet interesting
Very sad moment, that's why Pranks should be performed by only professionals with full security measures. We cannot kill any living thing for the Laughs or Pranks. Now a days anyone who has small youtube channel picks up handy cam and starts doing stupid pranks with people & I think it should be banned or maybe any law should be made to avoid this type of incidents.
Pranks should have some limits.
Wow, terrible for everyone involved and their families. So sad.
Horrific. There was a spate of similar 'pranks' that took place in my home town in Melbourne, Australia with similar results...while they are clearly juvenile, they deserve to be put away for a long time!
ohhh damn!!!
@joseph That is just truly tragic! I swear, kids just REALLY don't think sometimes! I am certain they never even contemplated such an outcome. All of their lives forever changed - and such a tragic and unnecessary loss for that young family. Truly very sad :(
sad we saw him, lost his youth just for doing such a thing .. :(
Punishment in the form of prison seems a bit inappropriate here, i think. These teens just have not brains, it is unlikely that the prison will be able to fix it. Rather, they will become even more stupid. So, one stone combined with stupidity breaks a few lives...
quite unfortunate
OMG thats so sad. He lost his life and they lost their future as well :(
Tragic.. Prayers go out to the ones in need during this time.
No sympathy for them, that is the most senseless death I have ever heard of
Such a shame people do some seriously stupid things. My heart goes out to Kenneth's family and friends such a senseless death to a wonderful person and father.
Should've thought about the consequences of their actions, they'll learn now. RIP to that poor man :(
Ooft, that's a tragedy on all sides
I fear we're not bringing our children up with good morals. That could have been me, driving -- or any of us. What a senseless waste.
Perhaps a copycat, as well? In the movie "The Good Son", the "bad" son throws a dummy off a bridge, to make it look like a suicide, and causes an accident. Then there were the shooters from the bridges, years back, I forget where that was.
Really sad that bridges need such huge high fences with the tops rounded to deter both climbers and things such as this.
Sometimes teenagers seems to take things to lightly. Rest in peace mate
U right bro...
Tragedy, think about that next time you think something is merely an innocent prank...
Honestly these things should never happen and for the most part can be avoided. It's the recklessness of others who are inconsiderate and oblivious to the dangers their actions pose. The same goes for DUIs and such. These kids had it coming. RIP
How is that considered a prank, though...?
Thats absolutely horrible , though it may seem like a funny idea at the time these boys are going to get the book thrown at them . Sad news and hopfully a warning to future pranksters planning a rouse .
They should be ashamed
vote,comment i did hope u will back.
They need to be evaluated them first. Whose idea was it to throw the rock? if the other guys didn't give incentive for this then they should help prosecute the main culprits and get rehabilitation, go to programs to help them in hindsight.
rest in peace white,,god bless ur soul........
So much stupidity in this world leads to unnecessary tragedies.
Exactly....
WTF? :-O
Man, what's wrong with kids these days. This is just going to haunt them forever after they grow up.
This is really sad indeed for both parties.
Why would someone even consider doing this? Honestly. Why?

In #Bangladesh, #prank is completely forbidden. And, now I have got the point why this law is useful.
Media now a days promotes all the wrong things, and the people (specially the young ones) are "hungry" for this type of info! Education on the other hand could be the blame as well!
"The person is smart. People are stupid."
Not many things stupider than a bunch of teenage boys.
I used to be one.
Never this stupid, tho'!
I have done some stupid things in my time but dropping a big rock over an overpass? Let them play Russian roulette.

Well said!
how beautiful they are identical
a very sad news
Everything in life should be done in moderation. If you exceed you end up like this.

Pranks can be funny but need limits!
Congratulations @joseph!

If the kids who didn't throw the rock can be sentenced, why can't their parents be sentenced based on negligence?
Unfortunately, similar incidents happened in Holland (where I'm from) a few years ago. In the same area, rocks were thrown off a bridge and I believe a few people got killed. I will never understand what possesses people to do this kind of thing 'for fun'. This mans life wasted, his family left without a husband/father/son and five more families now have to live without their sons....all for half a second of 'fun'. If it were younger kids, I could understand that they wouldn't know how dangerous something like this could be, but teenagers should definitely know better...They're gonna have a long, long time to think about their actions. I feel for the families on both sides, it's a terrible thing to have to go through.
OMG what a terrible thing
Wouldn't it have been smarter to throw eggs? You know something that WON'T kill someone. What are these kids thinking? You have to be smart about being stupid.
