What are your ways of coping with mild or infrequent depression? We see people drinking, smoking up, engaging in physical activities etc. Personally, I don't condone drinking or smoking up, because I believe that in the long run it just worsens your condition. So how do I cope with certain shitty days that bring me down? Get in the car, roll up the windows, play my depression combating playlist, and drive while singing along on the top of my voice. I know, sounds like I may have gone crazy, but believe me I haven't (or have I? :)). It works quite well for me, and I believe and hope that it will help at least some of you! Nothing fancy, mostly just normal pop/house/hip-hop, but well, they help me! So, here's my current playlist.:
