Thanks @maxabit, I appreciate that you read my post & reposting it. I love what you're doing by highlighting the steemians who take time to write posts! Followed
Love how this post is a practical way of showing beginners in music production how to improve their sound. It would be nice in the future if you can go in-depth with these components (i.e. multiband compression, EQ bands and their respective Hz/kHz, wet/dry lvls on the reverb, etc.) Overall reading this post was very refreshing, and the fact you use Ableton is very convenient for me because I just cross-graded from Fl Studio to Ableton just recently. Keep up the good work man !
You're right on that, a part 2 would be great. There's so much more to learn about each of these components. My focus was more to make people aware that they exist & can edit it.
thinking out loud I'll be making another one and talk about
It's hard to show specific examples of Eq, Wet/Dry. I don't want people thinking it's a one size fits all. I'd be interested in doing something that shows how I'd mix it, then give the files for free to see what Steemians do.
Would you want me to mix your track (free or if you wanted to tip) and make a video?
Great post and very useful! Everyone should know about the importance of proper EQing :) You could easily make a post only about that. I know I would read it. Followed and resteemed, great content. Cheers :D
This is a great post!
I am pleased to announce that your post has been featured in Max Curation Edition No.4 published on Steemit.
