Hey Steemians, today is a beautiful day! Sunny and clear blue sky out my window.
After a great DLive session last night with my fellow #DTubeDaily friends, and others, I was inspired to do a tune this morning with my banjo.
There's a tiny bit of the teacher coming out in me in this video, which is fun, and I'm psyched to be creating some music on this platform. It's a blast!
Rovin' on a Winter's Night is a tune that Doc Watson made popular with his version, but many of the words go way back to a Robert Burns poem. Watch the video for a bit more background!
We are alive.
THIS IS DTUBE POST #12 OF A MILLION.

Very educational and I learned more about the banjo than I ever knew.
Thanks! Haha, I was inspired :)
That was AWESOME @drkent - made me so happy. your commitment to daily vlogging is inspirational.
Thank you! I appreciate it :)
Love the banjo, hope i will get one in my hand to play some. The sound is so unique. Can't take away the history from it. No need to repeat on how great your content is. Continue on the journey!
Thanks, my friend! Yes, banjos are awesome. They are usually "outside instruments" though :)
Hey, how are you? I am new at Steemit, but this community sounds like fun. Will follow you for sure!
