from Music Festival Experiences to Videos and Apps by IINC

in #music6 years ago (edited)

Last few days we've been reading some great articles of which we highlight four of them in todays "Curator's Choice".

As you know us for, we like the written articles a lot, our focus for our curation efforts. Certainly we also look for good music, and we even go further than that. A few in our community produces videos, and one of them is of such high quality, it didn't need any discussion to get it into our Curator's Choice series (check the first article below).

Personally, I like the second featured article a lot as well. An App that allows us to experience music together as if we would be sitting next to each other on the couch, while we are actually in different physical places.

A Day In The Life Of a Drummer | Custom Cymbals

by @pranoyblixter

A really nice produced video in which the author tells us he made a cymbal when he was a kid and shows us little clips of it. Check out the result and hear his demonstration. He informs us he has no experience in shooting videos and editing, while he also didn't learn to play the keyboards, the result looks to me at least semi-professional. Great job and Great share!

Dabby - Enjoy watch together with friends&family even if you're away

by @rtonline

Through SteemHunt we've been seeing some great music related products. What about this one: DABBY! It allows us to experience music, movies and photographs together, while we are not physically in the same place. Just give Dabby the commands and those who are connected with you, will see and hear the same things at the same time. You need a break? Well, just pause the music you are listening to and everybody in your circle will have the break as well. I personally think this App is one of the best music products I've seen on SteemHunt so far, since it connects people and allows to live the same experience at exactly the same time as if we would be sitting next to each other on the couch.

Psycho Las Vegas Concert - The Bands of Day 3

by @hansenatortravel

The author is giving us his experience at this three day music festival with lots of embedded tracks and clips of bands performing and his personal stories along with it. Ever interested in Metal and like to get a little help in discovering this genre? Open the article and get yourself some music into your ears. Don't forget the other two articles posted earlier, briefing us about day 1 and 2 of the festival.

Fall Folk Festival

by @scribblingramma

Whether you live in Spokane or not, this article is an interesting read about Spokane's Fall Folk festival. This year it was the 23rd edition. It is great to read @scribblingramma brought her whole family years and years ago to this festival, including her parents and since then visited this festival many times, still with some family members. How cool is it when one can enjoy suc event with the family? I don't know many people who do this in the way the author does.
