I've been wanting to post a video for a while on here, so here's a video of me just practicing until I'm able to record an actual song or tutorial. Not the most entertaining video, just insomnia fueled noodling. I tend to play by ear a lot and I can "hear" notes in my head of where it should go, so maybe that's something you can take away from this if you play guitar and want to develop a good ear: try messing around with different notes for a bit and find the ones that sound good with whatever you're playing. I can hear the difference between minor and major seconds pretty well (or half steps and whole steps, whichever you want to call it). If you have a poor sense of pitch, it just takes lots of practice and experience.
