A fantastic cover of this great Consolidated pro-choice anthem from 1994. Though the circumstances that inspired this recording are not at all good, it's an excellent version, and I've mentioned here before how much I love Out Out. I'm not as familiar with Stoneburner, though I do believe I'll have to remedy that after hearing this.
Read the quote from the OP below, where you'll find a link to download the track, video, and stems if you want to remix it yourself.
From the original post:
"This song was originally released by Consolidated back in 1994, and we are profoundly sad and angry that it is again relevant.
The assault on the bodily autonomy of women under the guise of "pro life" is something that should terrify everyone. To that end we are releasing this song, with the blessing of Adam and Consolidated in hopes of raising awareness of the problem, and articulating it as clearly as possible.
No one should ever tell anyone what they can and cannot do with their own bodies. Full stop. Particularly in a country that claims to value freedom above all other things. Not to mention the separation between church and state.
To that end we are making this song, and video available for free. In addition to which, there's an instrumental version available should you want it as well. We have also included the stems for remixing the track, or if you would like to perform the song live.
Do what makes sense to you, give it away, download it and post it on social media. Get. It. Out. There. All the files can be found here:
