This is a popular Garage Rock song that I have known for many years. It features a fuzzy lead guitar with possibly an organ or rhythm guitar in the background. That lead guitar is way out front though. The vocalist is pretty good for a Garage tune.
I'm not sure where the band is from. Maybe the Netherlands if I recall. Its hard to find info on some of these bands. According to AllMusic this song is on the Garage Punk Unknowns Part 1 compilation, and that's about the only info there!

Maybe they were these Night Riders but it's hard to say:

Check it out. Enjoy that lead fuzz guitar throughout the song and in the short break in the middle.
Don't say your love is true
Don't say you'll never make me blue
Don't say you are mine
'Til the end of time!
