The 4 Crees - Misunderstanding

in #music4 months ago

Here is a brand NEW 1966 Garage Rock tune from heavenlyblueorange who tells us this is from 1966 but was Not released back then! Well it is out now, and it is on YouTube, and it rocks fast! Turn it up!

We have a fuzzy rhythm guitar banging out 4 chords. We have some sort of drums with maybe some other percussion or maybe the drummer is just beating hard on his cymbals. The bass chugs along and in comes the vocals. He sings well for Garage Rock! Also we have wonderful ooh ohh ohh ohh backing vocals that also go to ahh ahh ahh ahh!

What kind of ending was that? Right after the lead singer proves he can almost hit those high notes, bammm, the track ends. But that just means it is time to listen again!

Don't miss the loud nasty primeval guitar break 50 seconds in. It jangles and smashes everything in sight for 20 long seconds!

Oh yeah, the video part. This lady is dancing like no one's looking. She is doing nothing that you can't also do, and you know it! So come on, get up and get down!

There is another video of this same song from a year ago on YouTube. In that description it says

recorded in October of 1966 at International Recording Co. in Chicago, IL and all that remained of the session was an acetate
