I hear a bit of the manic high speed songs from the Dead Boys in here, such as "What Love Is" or "Caught With The Meat In Your Mouth" also from 77. Maybe the Bad Brains drove up to CBGBs and caught some Dead Boys shows.
Interestingly, the end of this song always reminds me of the last 10 seconds of "Aqualung" from 71. :)

Definitely Dead Boys influenced, they had to have seen them live at some point in NYC at that time. And for sure a classic!
Haha thats funny, I've never heard the Aqualung comparison, but I definitely hear it now. Jethro Tull rules too.
