I hope everyone is doing great. If not don't worry whatever it is you have the capability to phase through. And I am going to try something that I haven't done yet so far. Writing about music or song.

So I on-boarded this new challenge (Thanks to @bala21488) in which you have to feel nostalgic while listening to songs that You used to listen very often when you were younger. (Hmm, Does that statement makes me look older) probably, probably not. Anyway, I am just taking up this challenge to see If I have the consistency and drive to be on steemit for a week without a break. As you have already noticed that there is inconsistency in my blogs the duration between them seems to be very odd ranging from 2 hrs to 2 weeks, And I believe that is affecting my overall performance.

Anyway coming back to the topic... I was kinda of tone deaf in my childhood stage with no understanding or inclination towards the music but movies were a different thing altogether. And it may take me time to understand how certain music/ songs affect me. As for this contest, I can say from the movie perspective. Don't worry I will not write a big ass review of the movie but instead of any one song, I will share the details of the movie and how the songs are connected.

Back in 2006, a movie was released which went to win many hearts. And that movie has something that resonated with me at that time. Being a rebel. And though the movie needs no description I cannot resist but to say a few words. The Movie was a major blockbuster but is nothing of the nonsense that Bollywood is serving now.. or you can say the people at that time were actually trying to make movies. Even though a part was still stuck with the older formula of a love triangle and glamorous garbage.. The number of such non-sense movies were less. But this movie was on the entire different level. Yes!!! the movie I am talking about is "Rang De Basanti". This is one of the movies which has very good theme and music to it. Almost all the songs are very nice.. But I need to share one so I will choose. (Wait a minute, I am not playing by the rules, so let me break some and be a Rebel). Here, are songs from Rang De Basanti

And you guessed it right, The music is from the legendary Mr. AR Rahman.
