Modern Songs And Kpop

I actually disliked kpop in the past but I listened to a few songs that aren't all that bad but for sure it's gotten up to the point where people don't listen to some kpop because its good, but rather because it exists.
To explain, take blackpink as an example. its basically a group of 4 girls and everyone is obsessed with them, I think they are almost as popular in the kpop community as bts, and their new song is in my opinion awful and nothing about it entertains me and the fandom just listens and "streams" it for views and stuff just like it feels like that music lost meaning.. completely.
It's all about money fame and "streams" and it makes me sad to say the least and unfortunately its not just kpop, some genres have also been treated as such maybe not in such intensity.
