You have, a building, lets just say, its a hotel style building right, you buy it, the top floors, remain as they are, normal hotel, everything standard as usual, however, the bottom floors, lets just say you divided it down the middle for sake of visualization, they, are rooms, available, to homeless people - yes you validate, test, you dont want illegals, druggies, crazies etc etc - but ... drinking and smoking permitted (in the courtyard of course) because, people like me exist, and, you know, thats just not fair to hurt them on simple pleasures when going through a tough time - but, you buy a building of substantial size, in each capitol right, - set it up - and, to work the overheads, in exchange, for being able to live, in the homeless accomodation, in return, they have to you know, help out with the up keep, maybe sweep, maybe garden, maybe work on a website, whatever their core skills sets were, prior to them being put into whatever caused that situation, and by doing that, you have a legit, homeless shelter, that, can fund good commerce, now with the centrelink reporting, these people, could to a certain degree, depending on how you want to set it up, enter into some sort of plan, whereby, for their time worked, they became shareholders, perhaps, ontop of centrelink payments, if they want to live in such a place and enter into such a scheme they earn shares, you could time lock these with, however you do it, they accumulate, accumulate etc, and, at a certain volume, if the financials work for the hotel, then, you start paying them dividends

and with those dividends, from their work, in that situation, now they are getting back on their feet, and as such, can move out, of such a scenario, and back into the real world, now - if they want to sell their shares, thats on them, if they want to continue to work there, they can do that to, perhaps, they then wish to rent a nearby room, in somewhere around it

and from this, we have opportunitys for where people can both contribute, and do stuff

Now i know to an american audience, that sounds crazy right, but, with the american system, you could still do such a thing in every major city with however you guys do it, foodstamps or i dont know
