Brooklyn resident Daniel Lopatin, widely known as the mastermind behind experimental band Oneohtrix Point Never announced the followup four-tracker of his critically acclaimed full-length ‘Age Of’. The new EP with predictably eccentric title ‘Love In The Time Of Lexapro’ (whatever it means) contains collaborative tracks between Lopatin and Ryuichi Sakamoto; Japanese guru prepared a special rework of album track ‘Last Known Image Of A Song’. ‘Babylon’ is also a collaborative track; this time Daniel teamed up with Alex G to create the haunting ode to the city he lives in. Tracks ‘Love In The Time Of Lexapro’ and ‘Thank God I’m A Country Girl’ are brand new unreleased tracks. When it comes to really weird music it’s hard to get enough, right?
The EP will be released by Warp Records on vinyl and digitally on November 23th. Copy can be ordered on Bleep.
