Listening to strange bass and stumbling upon an absolute skanky track such as the one above happens every so often. No idea how I'd missed it since it's been out for years now. GWN throws downs some ridiculous half time wobbling madness on this track. A catchy twangy lead instrument in the intro then down to some crunchy filth bass covered tentacle to fuck your ear holes.

If it was any good, and played in the 80s or 90s, i could fault you for not knowing it.
But, today, and even more in the near future, record labels go away. Songs are made from every corner or earth, and following even popular, latest released musics will take longer than the hours in a day.
We will truly have new music and new genres.
I am not sure the new music artists, or the playlist DJs will be more popular.
There will definitely be a need for people who scour the new music and classify, quantify it and bring it to their audience.
The subgenre game in EDM / electronic music is fucked at this point..
Like 100+ subgenre of house music alone.
I just like that we have software and hardware capable of making noises that could have never existed 25+ years ago just given the computational requirements of some of these software synths these days.
