What's up, brothers?
On this occasion I bring you a rap instrument that I created with the following chords:
G#m + E + C#m + D#m
As a base instrument I used the Grand Piano 1 and the Cello 1, both from the VST Sampletank 3.
On the bass I used the Trilogy Hip Hop Pick Upstroke, a great Spectrasonics plug-in.
For the percussion I used the Xclusive-Audio.com_Free Sample Pack library and created the rhythm for the instruments.
In the chorus I wanted the instruments to vibrate and I used Violins Long and Violins Sataccato from Sampletank 3 to give that touch of despair that inspired the melody.
Then it was time to mix it up.
For the piano I wanted something that would give it more life. After listening to it a thousand times I was bored by its sad tune. So I experimented with various effect generators until I came across Hardcore, an integrated plug-in for Fl-Studio 20, and its Acid Rock Xs preset.
That was all.
Then I equalized each instrument with the Parametric EQ2 of Fl-Studio 20 and the Izotope Ozone 5.
The result was this:
