I have long considered myself to be a committed Hendrixian - but I have always preferred his rock to his blues- until last night that is, when Spotify presented me with this amazing track which I have been desperate to share with as many people as possible ever since.

Listen to this and let a stream of laid back, bluesy guitar gorgeousness caress your ear drums.
You will not regret it.

Interesting Fact

Jimi Hendrix lived next door to 17th century composer Handel (not at the same time obviously). Handel lived at 25 Brook Street, London for 40 years and composed and rehearsed many of his major works there. Jimi moved into a flat next door, at number 23 in 1968 and lived there till 1969 - he told his girlfriend that it was “my first real home of my own”.
Excited to learn of his famous neighbour, Jimi bought a number of his works on LP
The upper floors of the 2 houses are now a museum to them both - https://handelhendrix.org
