I would say that one of the most unforgettable songs is Louis Armstrong's "Give Me A Kiss to Build A Dream On" that plays at the opening of Fallout 2 as the scene pans out to the dystopian nuclear wasteland that war has left behind. Shortly after, Ron Perlman's iconic "War never changes" speech comes on. It's haunting.
