Music can soothe a weary soul, music contribution to therapy has long been applied. Despite the fact that everyone has a different kind of music, this type of music therapy is universal because nobody is not enjoying music.
Reduce stress
Because stress is the cause of many diseases, one prevention that can reduce the risk of stress attack by listening to music they like as often as possible. Listening to music twice a day for an hour over two weeks can reduce stress and anxiety.
Stimulation of brain cells
When people listen to music with a strong beat, this will produce synchronous brain waves synchronizing with the beat of music, thus providing more concentration and alert thinking. On the other hand, classical music not only puts one in a state of quiet meditation but also leaves a sense of well-being and satisfaction about themselves long after the music has been turned off.

If you’re up late at night three times a week for a month (or longer), you may suffer from acute or chronic insomnia, a common sleep disorder affecting about 30 percent of adults, according to the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
