Interesting stuff. Some new players to me. There's just so many great players out there. I want to do some serious work on improving my playing this year. My technique is okay, but I'm lacking some knowledge of theory that I think could help me. I've got a few books to work through.

Hey @steevc , thanks for commenting ! There are so many players out there that are amazing , it can be a never ending search . I'm happy to hear that you want to ''level up'' your guitar playing , there's always something more to learn, as mike stern said : ''The more you know , the less you know'' and I find it very true hahaha . Theory in guitar can be quite grudging because the understanding of the fretboard layout is not so simple , so maybe in piano you read about a certain voicing and there is 1 way of playing it and good , let's move to the next one. Guitar has an extra layer of difficulty in that sense that I think most of us overlook . I don't know your level of theory or guitar knowledge but may I suggest a book?

This is a really useful way of ''melding '' the world of theory and notation to the layout of the guitar , I found it extremely useful ! Recommended of all levels of playing! Also , let me know if there is a particular subject you'd like to know about , maybe I can help you with it :) . Cheers my friend!
