The above picture was taken when I was working on refining one of the tracks for the album when 'out and about' in London recently. Some times it is good to get out of the studio - though noise cancelling earphones are pretty essential for this, and obviously any frequency response critical/mixing is done in the studio.
The name: Oopsie?
And yes I know I released a track called 'Broken' the week before the xmas holidays! oopsie. ah well - if you listen to the track I'm curious if you find it a sad one (naturally it is inspired by the broken down android in the story for my album) but perhaps there are some happy vibes in it too - I think maybe it's ambiguous. How did the track make you feel?
Upcoming Shows
Now - as of this morning I'm in a position to be able to confirm THREE dates for shows coming up in the first months of 2025.
January 23rd - PIE IN THE SKY - an electronic dance night at Walthamstow Trade Hall, London. I'm one of 4 acts bringing you space-themed vibes from 19:00-23:00. FREE
February 8th - Electronic in the Tower 7 - once again with the awesome duo And/Or in the medieval Tower in North London with visuals by 2 Digit Visuals. More info and early bird tickets available here.
April 26th - Awakening Art Installation at the Tower. I will be presenting an audio/visual installation showcasing the collaborative art and story project in conjunction with my album. The exhibition will be open all day and I'm planning an intimate ticketed event for the evening. More details nearer the time - for now save the date.
Awakening Project Update
The collaborative art/story project for my album is well under way and I just had an awesome submission this week from fellow hiver @horrorweapon.
So far I have
- 3 short stories
- 4 poems
- 1 original photograph
- 1 group of 4x AI art accompanied with short story/background.
- 1 3D Animation
and there are 6 or so people working on other things. There is still time though - the deadline for creating something being end of January - the more the merrier. Get your work included both in the online project AND in the physical installation on April 26th in London. Lots more details on my recent post here:

Nice! Has a similar mood to some Flaming Lips stuff. Even though it's about a robot it feels more 'human' than some electronic music.
