Ahah - when we renovated our whole house last year (all non supporting walls taken down so pretty full renovation) I took the chance to put in Cat6 to every room - and did the RJ45 cables and sockets myself. It was a bit trickier than I expected and the first one took me ages but once I got the hang of it, it wasn't too bad.
Definitely lets not have any brain deaths from trying to count the cables in my picture so a guess is a good idea!!!

I do wonder about how much people are trying to count vs. guess. I found it pretty hard counting them in person let alone from a picture - but I suppose from the picture you could count a certain amount of them and use that as the basis for an estimate. When we have a winner it will be interesting to ask them which approach they used!
