Kreator - Violent revolution instrumental cover

While I have been playing guitar for quite some time now, the last few years were having me playing a bit less due a chronic condition which made me quit my band.

Last year I have been picking it up again and started playing around with Logic and EZDrummer2. This playing around resulted in me trying to get a recording of the track Violent Revolution from Kreator.

The drums were done with the basic Metal setting from EZDrummer2 and guitars and bass sounds were with a trail version from EZMix2. (if you bounce the tracks within the 15 min. trial time you can get away with it.)

The result is below. Let me know what you think!
I was still figuring out a proper way of getting a video edit, so I only had 1 camera shot here and tried my best to do a manual audio to video sync.

Hey Timminator. Sorry to hear about the illness. I hope things are getting better. Great tone! What's your set-up? Is that double tracked?

Hey, yea.. I've managed to get the pain down to a minimum while playing by going over all aspects of how I was playing and that in itself is not really a bad thing. I went over how I was holding my pick , how much pressure I was applying with my hands, what kind of riffs are really stressful to play and such.

I'm using a Line6 UX2 interface to connect my guitar to my Mac and then used a preset from EZMix 2 for the tones. I used 4 guitar tracks (2 for thhe rhythm/lead and 2 for the solo's) and a bass guitar track. Programmed the midi track for the drums and ran it through EZDrummer 2 with the basic metal setting.

This was my first instrumental try , so even though much could be improved, I'm satisfied with the outcome. I did figure out that I was running my signal too loud into logic so that a lot of tone was going to waste, but playing around with it and learning makes all the fun.

Wow, that sounds like a lot of work. No wonder it sounds so full.
