Learn to Play Popular Piano # 1

in #music7 years ago (edited)

Let's Start

Who has not enjoyed a beautiful melody performed on the piano, either live or through a recording of instrumental music?
From this release I will be doing posts to learn to play Popular Piano, if you have the interest, study, practice and research you will achieve it.

In this first installment he presented them with a graph that relates the keys of the piano to the pentagram.
The Popular Piano is usually presented in the G key

(G corresponds to the second line of the pentagram) in the lines of the pentagram the notes that will be played with the right hand (melody) are represented.

Any piece of piano is composed of:
The Melody (the notes that sing the melody)
The Harmony (represent accompanying notes)
The Rhythm (which represents the time and silence that the piece has).

Note C3 corresponds to the central C of the piano or keyboard.

C Mayor Scale

The C scale corresponds only to white notes:

C - D - E - F - G - A - B

In the next installments I will talk about the figures and harmony in the Piano, in addition to the cipher (which is the way to represent the harmony in the piece).

I hope you enjoy.

Until the Next Post!
