Story of Robert Johnson [part.4]

in #music7 years ago

Equipment

  • Gibson L1 acoustic guitar, bottleneck, vocals.

The Snapping album

  • All collected creations can usually be obtained on a compilation CD. Anything labeled 'rarities' or 'unreleased recordings' on the title of the album would have been more impressive to the other bullies.

Best moment

  • The biggest hit of his life was 'Terraplane Blues' but the main escort riff and the lead game on 'Crossroad Blues' were his most influential tracks.

Instant Opinion

  • He has a great timing. No one can match the way he changes the length of the bar to fit what he is concerned about.

Acceptable Criticism

  • The only criticism allowed was that his death was premature. The others ... well, you're just inviting blasphemy and censure.
