What does jet lag feel like?

Imagine this: Meeting your Manager in that swanky new office, sun is shining bright over the Pacific and it's a great day.

You want to be your best version out there but nature gets the best of you when your eye lids are pulling down as though tied alongside two 20lbs dumbells. You try…really hard not to do it.

You Pinch yourself.. Clench yourself to keep awake.

Before you know your head relaxes and nods itself down before you bounce back awake in utter disbelief as your Manager pauses his conversation for a minute. Definite embarrassment.

He smiles and advises you to get some sleep after a good walk and keep yourself hydrated. You smile sheepishly.

Now imagine this:

Sleeping in your cosy bed and you are up all fresh, all geared up for a great day.

Check the watch and dang it is just 2:36AM! You write on Quora, you browse and try doing everything which can get induce you some sleep.

Around 4:00am, you just give up and wake up. You go to kitchen and prep yourself a good breakfast. You imagine how cool is it to start your day early.. with a great breakfast and you get to take an early train to work…which also means you can get home soon and as you are thinking you feel sleepy!

It's 6:23 Am, you need to get ready to work and you are already super sleepy.
