To my knowledge, president Trump is not particularly anti-LGBT. In his anti-abortion policies he is like any conservative American. U.S. presidents have relatively little to do with economic growth. They are not in control and may sometimes benefit from policies put in place by previous administrations as economic policies very often bring about results with considerable delay.
I find Trump to be mostly clueless about a lot of things a president should know about. The man has a definitive anti intellectually curious streak and his administration has chaotic from the start. Trump doesn't understand the mechanisms of using executive power, which detracts from his ability to govern effectively. He has a background as the owner and sole decision maker of a private corporation. Apparently, being a top level politician in a democratic state has hit him like a sledge hammer. In the United States, there are many kinds of checks and balances limiting executive power, which Trump has had no familiarity with.
I'm assuming you're talking about North Korea's icy relations with South Korea and the United States. North Korea is economically catastrophically weak. The country is teetering on the brink of famine. The only way the North Korean regime can stay in power is by running a totalitarian nightmare of a system and treating the entire world as their enemy. Their only bargaining chip is brandishing their nuclear weapons program and acting crazy from time to time. When they throw a fit, chances are that the world will give them aid to keep them from starving. Trump got played like the fool he is by Kim Jong-un. What NK wants is international recognition and status. Trump gave away the farm in extolling the virtues of Kim without gaining any concessions from Kim in return because Trump's likely narcissistic personality disorder and his early stage dementia make him easy to manipulate. Meanwhile, there are countless people in utterly horrific forced labor camps in NK and abducted people from SK and Japan and whatnot. What you do with criminals like the NK government is use any leverage you have to gain concessions from them. Trump was supposed to stop their missile program but nothing of the sort is happening. The buffoon got played by foreign leaders once again. All he does is engage in verbal spats with close and traditional allies and kiss up to foreign despots and geopolitical rivals, which he does because of his pitiful daddy issues.
