I agree, education is currently stalled without any movement if the teacher's attitude is lazy to discipline students, the teacher is trapped by the child protection law if they try to discipline students. The attitude of the teacher's fear in disciplining students will have a greater impact.

Yes, I actually do agree because most kids hold on to this right when they're being stubborn to their parents.
I have heard kids hold on to this child protection policy when talking rudely or bad to someone older because they feel they're protected by this policy.
This of course would have an adverse effect in their learning capability.
