The body is an awesome self healing machine. It makes use of whatever is put in it. Fussing and worrying about food is not good for the heart.
Eating too much is not good for the heart either.
Fruits, vegetables, nuts, milk and honey are good for nourishment and sustenance.
Fish, eggs, spices, coffee and tea are good for stimulating activity.
Meat, mushrooms, alcohol, deep fried foods, are good for sedating and dulling the mind and body.
Some movement is also good, whether wiggling around on the floor or taking a walk, a run or a swim.
