This's HARD WORK, if you don't work hard on your goals and asking for success then you're just looking for your luck. Here is my advice to be successful in simple words :
First of all find out what best skill do you have & what do you like most. Second, set you aim and a long time span, a short term struggle will never give you a massive success . Thirdly, keep learning about/related the goal. Fourth, try to do practical your learnings and keep practicing till you become successful. With massive hard works and lots of patience guarantee a success.
In addition you have to earn for your living and projects, you've to build a pleasing attitude to get sympathy.
